In this purely scientific poll, what are your opinions? Is she the victim here? 1. She is the poor, pure Christian robbed of her crown and taken advantage of by a scummy ex-boyfriend. 2. This is the best thing that ever happened to her, because now people will buy her book. 3. Just another hypocrite who preaches what they don't practice. 4. You don't care. Release the tape already!

She's a silly beauty queen, who cares what she thinks? They're not known for being bright. (which is why beauty queens should never be elected governor, or vice-president) I will admit to some sympathy for her after Olberman's rant about her though. |

I heard the audio of that on Howard Stern today, her appearance on the LK show. What an idiot. Then she says she was upset because she said she would not take
phone calls, which Larry had just done, and the gay issue came up. She is also insistant that the liberal media is taking her down like Sarah Palin and totally
ignored examples where the conservative media had put down liberals. I don't know why any media cares enough about her to say anything.

She got mad because Larry King asked her why she settled the case, and she cited to the confidentiality of mediation and said she couldn't answer that
question, he pressed her about what reasons she had to settle which he didn't think were part of the confidentiality of mediation, and that's when she
got mad.
There is no reason why the "confidentiality of mediation" prohibits a litigant from explaining why they settled a case--UNLESS the only reason she settled was specifically because she was told/shown something embarassing at mediation that would have been used against her unless she settled immediately. Otherwise, she's just using it as a shield. She doesn't have to answer why she settled, and she could easily say she would prefer not to discuss her personal reasons for deciding she wanted to conclude the litigation short of trial. But instead she is citing to a principle that is not applicable...or, she's admitting she got smacked down wth something embarassing at mediation that she'd rather not talk about. (Best example would be if a plaintiff in a personal injury case was shown surveillance footage proving they were faking their injury...THAT they could cite as being part of the confidential mediation proceedings.) So is she admitting she got pwned by the Trump and/or pageant lawyers? You say I'm a bitch like it's a bad thing...
