From what I understand she has been the closest thing they have had for a mother. I'd hate to see the kids get separated, go to Debbie Rowe or to his parents.

TMZ reports that Debbie Rowe was a surrogate. She is not the biological mother of the 2 eldest children. No one seems to know (or are saying) whether MJ selected the egg and sperm donors for his children or if he knows who they are.

I really feel for those kids. I mean, is an elderly grandmother the best possible choice for young children. I hate to sound ageist and I know I do, but, well I guess they have nannies. Sheesh. If Debbie Rowe had them, I would assume she is the mother and she put him as the father on the BC. I would assume it's just like when a woman doesn't have her own eggs and uses a donor. She's still the mother on the BC. According to Nancy Grace as long as he is on the BC he is the dad and if anyone had wanted to contest that they had 2 or 3 years after the kid was born. Anyway, if he's on the BC he wouldn't have had to adopt them.

One of the major side-effects of Propofol is cardiac arrest if it's taken in combination with narcotic painkillers, however, Propofol is so powerful it can stop someone's heart on its own.
