This takes too long. Getting the water to boil & then 13 minutes is a long time. I can make an omelet quicker.

I make mine in a nonstick pan with plenty of butter & then stick it under the broiler when its 3/4 done. Makes it real easy to fold over.

Stuck two eggs in a bag, shook & added cheese & sausage.

Cut open & realized there was no seasoning during cooking.
Put on toast for the egg sandwich I was really making.



Looked goofy so I sliced in half & trimmed.




It actually tasted OK & the kid ate all of it. It was for him btw. Like I say I can make it quicker & better but for the sake of the Internets I had to try it.

I'll monitor the kid's long term health & prepare a report in 2021.
