The WB does plan to bring the show back as a series of TV films next year, or at least they want to, so I wonder if that means there is no hope UPN will pick Angel up.

I download all four episodes this weekend and I like it. It has an interesting Quantum Leap meets Seven Days premise and, most importantly, Eliza Dushku.

Unfortunately, Fox has it scheduled on Thursdays at 8:00 up against Survivor and Friends, thus I doubt it will be renewed. :(

I've checked out Joan of Arcadia and Cold Case. Neither are truly original, but both look like they'll grab a big enough audience share to stay around for a while.

Joan covers much of the same ground that Touched by an Angel and Quatum leap covered, except in this case it's actually god handing out the assignments.
